Base ergonomics and standard heights

The user's height must be considered for correct use of the worktop, so the design of the kitchen must be based on this measurement. If two people of very different heights work in the kitchen, it would be correct to have worktops of different heights. The right height of the bases is measured by bending the elbow at 90 degrees, which should be between 10 and 15 cm above the worktop (Fig.1).
