The Gruppo LUBE is keeping a close eye on developments in the difficult socio-economic situation

The “Bloccaprezzo” (“Price Freeze”) advertising campaign has already been running throughout Italy for some weeks, geared to combating the steep rise in inflation. In this way, Gruppo LUBE has accepted a great responsibility, by deciding to shoulder any new price increases of raw materials for twelve months. This is a guarantee to all consumers who choose LUBE, that the price agreed when purchasing the kitchen will remain unchanged.

It is a decisive initiative which enhances the three key principles of protection, support and guarantee, which have always guided the decisions taken by the Group’s management. It provides yet another opportunity to confirm that when there is a need, LUBE is always there for all its stores.

In this pre-holiday season, the Management is also focusing its attention on all the employees in the Group’s companies.

A 250-euro benefit was included in July’s salary which can be used as a shopping coupon. The aim is to try and soften the impact of the continuous cost-of-living increases and to combat the lose of income purchasing power. It is a small but significant sign that also aims to reward all our employees for their strong, relentless and unceasing attachment to the company.

To wish everyone a nice holiday, the 700 employees of the Group and their families will be our guests in Treia, during the Disfida del Bracciale, the historic contest between the four districts of Treia in the first week of August. They’ll be offered dinner by the company in the town’s inns and restaurants and on the evening of Saturday 6 August, the company has also laid on a special event – the SERATA LUBE – with fun entertainment provided by the comic Maurizio Battista.
